It is up to you. The crew is very helpful, they will take care of you and your friends. Normally people leave at least 10% for all, based on the boat rental.
We offer the option to reschedule. If not possible, we will refund you 100%.
Yes it is possible, but it’s based on our availability. Best to reserve extra hours as you’re booking our boats.
Some of our catamarans can navigate to Chileno and Santa Maria Bay, because they are slow pace vessels.

There are 2 near parkings:
- Plaza Bonita: This is the closest option. Access is easy, though availability can be limited at times. The cost is approximately 60 mexican pesos per hour.
- Puerto Paraiso: This location always has availability, is easy to access, and charges 60 mexican pesos for the first four hours. Keep in mind, it’s about a 10-minute walk from Puerto Paraiso to the dock.

We’re flexible if there’s bad weather. We can reschedule if there’s availability for both parties, and if that’s not possible we’ll give you a full refund. This only applies if the port is CLOSED due to bad weather.
Yes we offer refunds for cancellations: Full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before tour. 50% refund if you cancel 24 to 72 hours before tour. No refund if you cancel within 24 hours of tour.
